My family moved to the area while I was in college, and Idaho Falls has been home ever since — more than 25 years now. This is where I’ve built friendships and watched neighborhoods grow and change, and I love helping people discover what makes this corner of Eastern Idaho such a great place to live.
Real estate has always been part of my family. My parents were both agents, and some of my favorite childhood memories are of tagging along to see newly listed homes — exploring every room and imagining who might live there next. That’s where I fell in love with houses. Along the way, I also saw how much a trusted, responsive agent could ease the stress of one of life’s biggest decisions, and that’s the kind of agent I set out to be.
How I work
I intentionally keep a smaller client list so I can give each buyer and seller real time and attention — prompt answers, clear explanations, and honest communication from the first conversation through closing.
For buyers, I help you understand the process, tour homes that fit your needs, and write a strong offer. For sellers, I help you prepare your home, price it thoughtfully, and navigate offers and deadlines with confidence.
When questions come up that are outside of real estate — like loan options, legal matters, or taxes — I’ll point you toward the right licensed professionals so you get accurate guidance.
